with one of the cashiers. The staff member was rude, dismissive, and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. Instead of assisting me politely, they spoke in an unprofessional manner and made me feel unwelcome. As a paying customer, I expect a level of respect and courtesy, which was completely absent during this visit. JD Sports should focus on training their staff to improve their communication and customer service skills. This experience has left me reconsidering whether I’ll shop at JD Sports in the future.”
