I can wholeheartedly recommend Kendo-Sport. I received personal advice over the phone when purchasing my gloves and headgear. It's a company where you can still directly contact the people behind it. Mark advised me with great enthusiasm and patiently helped me find the right product for my needs. Since he practices Kendo himself and even participates in competitions, he has the necessary expertise. After completing the purchase via PayPal, the product was shipped the same day and arrived from Germany to Austria in no time. Poor quality and no goodwill. I ordered a blue summer gi. It was delivered in black. After hand-washing, as recommended, the gi shrank significantly and lost its color. When I confronted Kendo-Sport about the poor quality, I was told that washed goods were non-returnable. The retailer didn't even offer an apology for the poor quality; instead, they praised themselves with 20 years of sales experience. For half the price, you can get better quality from various other kendo retailers!

Exchanges and cancellations within 14 days are no problem for us. If the item is unused, we'll even accept returns a few days after the deadline.<br><br>However, it's been almost 8 weeks since you bought the gi. Furthermore, the gi was used and washed.<br><br>Unfortunately, returning a used gi after 8 weeks exceeds our goodwill limit. I'm sorry.<br><br>You told me on the phone that everything was fine with the gi except for the size. You recently ordered another gi of the same quality, which fits you "perfectly," and you kept it. Apparently, the quality of the gi isn't as bad as you're making it out to be.<br><br>Yes, I'm proud of our 20 years of kendo. It's been a wonderful time with our very nice customers, and I'm looking forward to many more great years. 🙂 I wish you much success and enjoyment in your training.
