Amazing shop. I have ordered a lot of rackets from them. Always amazing service, fast restring. A great experience in general. The box for the packaging is alright at best. The rackets comes with its case. Fortunately, they do put bubble wrap around the case.

The salesclerk I met was really nice, helpful, and willing to communicate in English, which was super convenient to a foreigner in Germany! Yonex premium rackets are quite complete, and the service is very fast. It only took an hour to restring when I bought a new racket. Unfortunately the staff is not friendly enough to give advice and only answer questions with answers yes or no. In fact, customers also want to be given advice by staff where they understand more about the items he sells.

The manager is very pleasant and knowledgeable about badminton sport. He plays badminton himself for years, so he is able to help a customer of a different age/ level. He is respectful and has a sense of humor! Nice place!
