I am very satisfied with the entire team at the Lacoste store in Cologne. Although I was assisted remotely via phone and email, the staff did everything they could to provide me with a first-class service experience. I will definitely visit the store in person soon to thank the team there.

The Lacoste jacket I bought has had permanent stains from rain and perfume since day one. Obviously a material defect, but customer service is making a decision based solely on a photo. Absolutely disappointing at this price.

I had an unpleasant experience at the Cologne store. Yesterday, I bought a polo shirt with a 15% Lacoste voucher. Today, I wanted to exchange it because it was the wrong color. The store manager (Ms. Örnek) refused to give me the discount again for the exchange and demanded I pay the full price, even though it was a simple exchange and the voucher was valid. Only after a long discussion was the discount finally applied. The interaction was unfriendly and the service was not customer-oriented.

That was unusual at the Lacoste store today. Sure, it's humid and everything's a bit more stressful than usual. But anyone who thinks they can be as rude as that person is going to sell less. I've never experienced anything like it in 22 years. I miss the smaller store a little further down Mittelstraße. It was much nicer there. 😐 (Save yourself the standard reply. Seems like it's always like that now.)

Extremely rude staff, very arrogant and disrespectful! I came there after contacting customer service who told me to visit the store after my red shoes discolored on my feet, 3 weeks the color wouldn't wash off which makes me wonder what kind of chemicals they use! I'm pretty sure that a determoligist would agree on a toxicity of their fabrication, after a long conversation with the staff they wouldn't take the shoes back because I don't have the receipt and they said that they donno if it's original where as every shoes is coded from the inside and if they can't tell if they manufactured these shoes or not it leaves me in a bigger joke! Lacoste never again... you are a terrible company!

Came here at 4pm on the 12 of June the two employees were so unprofessional and unpolite that I left without buying anything. Learn how to speak to your clients just because they are young doesn't mean that they don't deserve respect. I expect more from a brand like this.
