After a belt broke on our cargo bike, we received reliable help. The belt took a little while to arrive, but the service was excellent, and we were called as soon as the bike was ready. Highly recommended.

I've rarely received help so quickly (even without an appointment) as I did today! All the staff were incredibly friendly. They took care of my cargo bike immediately, so I could go about my daily routine as usual. Such fantastic service! Excellent service, quick and friendly. I had a flat tire on my cargo bike. I called and luckily got an appointment for the same day. Replacing the inner tube cost about €50. They noted my request to look for the cause of the flat while they were doing the work and even gave me the shard of glass that had caused it. Fantastic service!

Problems with the rickshaw, which allows seniors, people with disabilities, and their companions to once again enjoy the feeling of wind in their hair or on the square. The vehicle was no longer roadworthy or safe. It was brought in the morning and taken care of the evening! Great service and a very pleasant interaction. This means we can offer our volunteer service again tomorrow. Thank you!

I rarely write reviews, but this one more than deserves 5 stars. Last week, we suddenly found ourselves with a broken axle – obviously, you can't just wheel your bike into a workshop in a situation like that. One call to Schneider Lastenrad, and our bike was picked up the very next day. Besides the fact that one of their employees went to the trouble of researching spare parts online and providing us with helpful recommendations, and the consistently friendly customer service from everyone, the icing on the cake is that they even had a spare part made especially for us that wasn't in stock. Our whole family is absolutely thrilled and highly recommends this workshop!

We're from Essen and were made aware of this fantastic workshop in Cologne through a cargo bike Facebook group. Our cargo bike had been in the shop in Essen for eight weeks, but unfortunately, they couldn't help us there. One trip to Cologne to visit Schneiders, and within 24 hours we were back on the road with our cargo bike and our three children. We wholeheartedly recommend them; they deserve more than five stars. Contact was excellent – ​​phone and email were so friendly and straightforward. We'll definitely make the trip again. ♥️

Incredibly good workshop: I got an appointment right away, received a very friendly welcome and helpful advice. Even though the brake lever for my Babboe cargo bike wasn't available to order separately, I was only charged for the brake lever itself. Truly customer-oriented! 👍 I'll definitely be back!
