The best garage in Cologne. I had a problem with my gearshift today that was really bothering me. The mechanic took care of it right away and fixed everything perfectly, and all for a great price.

Over the past 30 years, I've had experiences with many bike shops in Cologne, whether it was purchasing a bike, or during subsequent inspections or repairs. I finally settled on Maybike, and I'm always pleased with the good advice and competent support. This applies to both the sales department and the workshop. And – this is another hallmark of a good workshop – if something doesn't go perfectly the first time, they are persistent and committed to finding the problem in the end.

Initial service great, lower waiting times than expected, clean and organised workshop. Sadly, they didn't repair as requested, lied about the repairs done, and then overcharged (154%!) to have the repairs done correctly, and as initiallyrequested. Misquoting is human, but not admitting a mistake and rectifying it is criminal. Never again.

Superb service. Did a great job a bike that probably wasn’t worth saving. Book early as they are busy but no surprises why - difficult to find a good bike shop like this!

I've been to this workshop on many occasions and every time I've received honest, helpful service from the staff there. They're often very busy and there's a waiting time on getting your bike repaired, but if you're desperate, they'll stop what they're doing to help you out straight away. I can highly recommend this repair shop.
