The selection of shoes for women isn't very large, the sales staff are friendly, but mostly busy with online orders. I think I'll continue ordering my MBT shoes through Amazon; visiting the store in Cologne wasn't worth it. It's also unpleasant to see drug addicts loitering in front of the store, especially since there's a drug substitution clinic just a few doors down.

"Excellent service and a wide selection of MBT shoes" I was looking for MBT shoes because of their special sole technology, which relieves pressure on the back and joints, and I found exactly what I needed in this store. The selection of models and sizes was impressive, and the advice was outstanding. Customer Service and Advice The staff was extremely friendly and took plenty of time to explain the different models and their features to me. They understood my needs perfectly and gave me suitable recommendations. They also made sure I could try on the shoes and take a walk around the store to experience the unique feel. Quality and Experience The MBT shoes in this store are high-quality, and there is a wide selection of colors and designs. I was also able to ask some questions about shoe care and received helpful tips. Overall, I feel I was able to make an informed decision and wasn't just rushed through the process. The store looks a bit larger in the photos than it actually is. Still, there's more selection than a regular shoe store. Especially with a wider range of sizes in stock. Customer service is good. They take their time and be patient if you want to try on different shoes and sizes. You should be, too, given the prices, even though the shoes are now made in China, which you can also smell. A tip for everyone: If you haven't worn MBTs in a while or have never worn them before, you should take it easy. You'll immediately feel the shoes in your back/muscle soreness after just one day...??
