Finally, a fashion house that takes its customers seriously – top-notch service, genuine interest, zero prejudice! After an absolutely humiliating experience at Weingarten Herrenhaus (where I was immediately turned away because I was supposedly "the wrong place"), I was honestly quite annoyed – but then came the bright spot: Weingarten Blue&Sports. What a difference! I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in – no judgmental stares, no snide remarks, just genuine interest in helping me. The sales assistant took her time, listened, offered advice, and smiled. And at the checkout, too: incredibly polite, attentive, and friendly. Even the part-time employee was more engaged than the entire team across the street. You can tell immediately: Respect reigns here. Here, the person matters – not the clothing size, not the appearance, not any superficial stereotypes. Weingarten Blue&Sports is what customer service should be today: honest, warm, and professional. I enjoy shopping here – and I'm happy to spend my money here. Thank you so much for this experience!

I bought my first skis here last year after extensive consultation. I'm still incredibly happy with this purchase and can say with complete conviction that the skis are perfect for me! It's absolutely worth visiting specialist shops with competent staff and supporting them through your purchase. I had initially considered buying used skis online. Only after the professional advice at Weingarten did I realize that this choice would have been like buying a pig in a poke. I was able to speak openly with the salesperson about my skiing shortcomings (at the time, I was a beginner to intermediate skier). My skis compensate for these individual flaws very well, and I'm incredibly grateful for that. The enjoyment of skiing has increased immensely as a result. I will definitely buy my next pair of skis from Weingarten again.

Very detailed, competent, and above all, friendly advice from Mr. Scherff and Ms. Oberzier in the ski department. Unfortunately, we only ended up in Weingarten by chance. Perhaps it's time for some social media advertising to keep the department alive in the future. The employees deserve it.

I bought ski boots there this morning and I have to say, I've rarely experienced such detailed and competent advice. The salesperson (slim with glasses) spent an hour with me. I've already secured my next purchase of hiking boots there. Thank you for the excellent advice.

The customer service is excellent, but the payment processing is outdated. It's often a hassle to exchange something. The prices are high, but the quality is excellent. You can find some bargains in the evening.

Nice selection of blazers and shirts for plus sized people. Friendly staff and you will have a feel good factor after visiting. Prices are medium ranged. I got 25 percent off for Black Friday!!!
