Consultation appointment including test ride A truly fantastic service appointment. We arrived with an appointment. We were able to test all the features we wanted on-site in the large outdoor area. Three different types of bicycles were available. We were also able to take the requested test ride with our dog. All our questions were answered carefully, and in a professional consultation, the right type of bicycle and its features were discussed and configured to meet our individual needs. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We felt completely at ease. And since we wanted to order the bike through our employer's bike leasing program, a partner dealer near us was selected and recommended to simplify the process. We then visited this dealer (Schicke Mütze in Düsseldorf) and were able to order and configure everything exactly as discussed. The partner network is also excellent. You couldn't ask for or expect more. Thank you so much for everything.

I have to sing the praises of customer service. The flexibility, friendliness, and goodwill of the Muli team are truly one of a kind. Anyone who's spent any significant time with bikes knows how often poor and unfriendly the advice can be. A special shout-out to Nicklas – an outstanding employee: technically skilled, accommodating, courteous, and simply a really nice person. Please, everyone, keep up the great work!

We currently own our sixth and seventh Muli. We've been customers since the first series and have treated ourselves to the new models every now and then. We haven't regretted a single one and are enthusiastic customers – both of the product and the team.

It's all much worse than you'd expect. The initial contact was excellent and exceptionally friendly. I was offered a last-minute appointment to pick up my Mulis, which I hadn't anticipated. Then I arrived on Saturday, and the bike was thoroughly explained to me. The handover was informative and pleasant. But: there was nothing to complain about. There's really no reason not to buy this fantastic and sturdy bike, and there are equally no reasons to be dissatisfied with the service. I'm looking forward to the first inspection when I can go back to Ehrenfeld.

A lovely little store, not too cluttered, in the beautiful Ehrenfeld district of Cologne. Nicklas gave us excellent advice, explained everything beforehand, and took his time with us. We were absolutely thrilled with the Muli bike and immediately asked for a quote. We'll definitely be back!
