The service in this shop is simply superb. I recently bought new ski boots and skis there, and they took their time until I had boots that fit perfectly, even without any adjustments. The ski fitting is also excellent; you can tell the staff really know their stuff and actually ski themselves, so they can give you great recommendations. On top of that, the prices are absolutely fair and the selection is very good.

A good selection of high-quality products. Very friendly and experienced staff who aren't keen on selling expensive products that don't offer any real benefit. The whole family loves going there. The bike repair shop is also fantastic! They love their work and have very fair prices.

Muskelkater Sport impressed me in every respect. I received absolutely professional advice at the bike repair shop, and the work was completed quickly and perfectly. Even when purchasing a winter jacket and rain pants, the staff demonstrated their knowledge and customer service. And the prices are great, too; you really don't need to spend hours searching online. I'll be a regular customer here!

Here I'm reviewing the tennis department at the Muskelkater Shop in Cologne. My conclusion: absolutely recommended! I received incredibly friendly service and competent advice (thanks to the employee Roland!). You can borrow a racket for a week to try out and then decide if it's the right one. In my case, the recommendation was spot on; I ended up buying the Wilson there. They also have great deals on rackets, shoes, and accessories. I like buying these there, too. The store's style is rather functional, without any frills, but it's a perfect fit. I'm very happy. Thank you!

Big praise for the bike repair shop! My old shop didn't offer me an appointment, and I urgently needed my company bike serviced. The guys at Muskelkater not only worked on my bike super quickly, but also gave me excellent advice. They don't try to push anything here. Highly recommended – thank you very much!

I'd especially like to commend the bike repair shop – they don't try to sell you any unnecessary repairs, and you get quick, expert advice. The shop owner also straightened my front wheel in no time. I'm thrilled!

My wife and I wanted to get our bikes fitted with new tires before our big summer bike tour in the city center (by a competitor), and also have a steering damper and a new front light installed on mine. But since the workshop was full, they sent us to the newly opened branch in Zollstock. Just before we arrived at the competitor's new branch in Zollstock (on the same street), we luckily discovered the "Muskelkater Sport" branch on the corner and spontaneously decided to just ask there. No sooner said than done – unlike the bike shop in the city center, we were even allowed to take our bikes into the shop (and the adjoining workshop) to discuss our repair needs. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the advice was excellent. Instead of a purely sales-oriented approach, we received thorough and helpful advice. After the consultation, they showed us various parts in different price ranges, from which I could choose for my bike, and they also gave us the estimated total price right away. ...` ``` ] ``` `` The steering damper wasn't in stock, but it was ordered for me immediately, so we could leave the bikes there right away. Dropped off on Tuesday – both bikes were ready for pickup Thursday afternoon. Faster than expected and hoped, the work was also done cleanly, and to our surprise, my wife's front brake isn't squeaking for the first time since we got the bike – even after the last brake replacement at a bike shop downtown, the new brake squeaked, and we were told that's just how it is, the old one was squeaking too... Long story short: Service, selection, advice, and price were all top-notch. If our bikes need repairs in the future, we'll gladly make the trip to Zollstock again ✌🏼

I've been bringing my skis in for service for years and have always been very satisfied. Even custom jobs, such as installing touring bindings without a template, were handled perfectly. Recently, having the spokes on my system wheels replaced was my last resort before buying new wheels.

I found hiking boots here in the right size, which were only available in a smaller size at the branch in Sülz. I arrived in Zollstock 15 minutes before closing time and received patient, competent, and friendly service from the employee Sabine. Absolutely fantastic, and I even got an additional discount on the already reduced items.
