Unfortunately, it's completely destroyed! There's neither a wrench to unscrew it nor anything to pump it up, as the attachment has been ripped off. It's so sad that something so cool was destroyed so quickly by the people of Cologne :(

A new bicycle service station with an air pump and tools is located near Cologne West train station. Since March 2023, these stations have finally been established in Cologne, generally near train stations.
