BEWARE OF DECEPTION regarding defects. Customer service deliberately tries to deceive. I reported a defect and was then asked if I could specify, for quality assurance purposes, what I had used the gloves for. Out of courtesy, I provided this information and didn't think anything of the fact that I had occasionally used them on a punching bag. This was then twisted against me, and I was told that I had misused the gloves and that my complaint had to be rejected. At the same time, they also suggested that the damage could have been caused by aggressive sweat. Despite this, I was refused a refund, even though it hasn't been proven at all that the damage occurred on the punching bag. The quality of the gloves was poor. The leather didn't even last a year and is completely torn.

Be very careful of this shop if you place an order online to receive your items from overseas. Whilst they do not have an option to deliver to Singapore, they were accommodating to find an avenue to deliver however once they received my payment via a remittance, the customer service deteriorated immediately. They asked for my postal code information but had no common sense to ask for all the details but I was expected to do their job for them by updating them of all details upon them sending the invoice when they should and could have easily asked me for the extra information. I’ve had to do all the chasing myself in Singapore with DHL, a separate subsidiary they used who arw extremely difficult to get a hold of. I can only hope my parcel is delivered to me. Wanted to give them 5 stars but their back and forth illogical emails have prevented me from doing so. Thankfully my gloves arrived after much chasing and the quality is very good. I would consider ordering more items from them but I’m not sure the relationship now is that good to do so.

Top-notch then and now! After some time away, I returned to boxing and, of course, chose Paffen equipment. I can confirm that nothing has changed. We bought all the boxing equipment for my son (seven) at Paffen Sport 🥊. The advice was really great and the staff very friendly. They have everything a boxer could want. Highly recommended 👍🏻.

Really nice company doing great job and great leather products. Just got my order of 18oz "heavy hitter sparring gloves" and I must say the quality is really high, perfect stitching and soft proper leather. Thank you guys!
