Very disappointing experience with PassaSport... I ordered several items, including a pair of shoes in size 44, a size I usually wear without any problems. However, the shoes were so small that I couldn't even get my feet into them. I tried to find a simple and fair solution, but the customer service representative was extremely unfriendly, rude, and not at all solution-oriented. Reaching an amicable agreement was impossible. When I wanted to return the too-small size 44 shoes, I planned to order a pair in size 46 instead. It's unacceptable that I suddenly need a size 46 when I normally wear a 43-44 and can't even fit into a 44. I understand that the size discrepancy isn't necessarily the company's fault, and I would have been willing to pay the return shipping costs and reorder the shoes, as I liked them. However, in that case, I would have had to pay the shipping costs again myself, with no guarantee that size 46 would even fit. In the end, I returned the entire order. My primary concern isn't even the size issue; the company might not be responsible for that. The crucial point is how I was spoken to. Customers shouldn't be treated in that tone or with such condescension. I have rarely experienced such poor and disrespectful customer service. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, not recommended! UPDATE/Reply: You delete detailed negative reviews. That's probably the only way you could keep your rating at 3.6. If you don't want constructive criticism, you'll get comments like this. PS: You're welcome to have this comment deleted via Google. But whether that will be effective is questionable.

I received shoes that had clearly been worn for quite some time. The soles were worn down and the entire shoe was covered in sand and grime. I was offered a €20 discount, but was still expected to pay €100 for used shoes. It's unbelievable that such merchandise is even sold. I will not be ordering from here again and absolutely cannot recommend this shop.

Unfortunately, in rare cases, returns can lead to a previously tested item being inadvertently resold. However, we would like to clarify that we do not sell "used" items. Of course, every customer is free to try on the shoe, provided this is done indoors and the item is free of visible soiling.<br><br>We have already investigated the incident internally and taken appropriate measures to prevent such errors in the future. Naturally, you could have returned the item free of charge and received a full refund.<br><br>We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I was looking for the Saucony Triumph 22 (the predecessor to the current model) and found it here. The order was placed on June 10th, shipped on June 11th, and arrived on June 12th. The shoes are perfect, so I can definitely recommend this shop.

The delivery times are simply too long, my package keeps getting delayed and is due to be delivered 1 week after ordering, not good enough.
