Mixed experience. Many people here mention the employee's gruff, humorous manner, but I found him simply unfriendly. I described the problem with my bike to him normally, and he didn't even look at me, but walked around his shop without a word. I had the feeling he wasn't really listening to me. Then he took out a receipt pad and bluntly asked, "Name?" When I said I only wanted to buy the spare parts, he seemed annoyed. The price and condition of the parts were definitely very good, so I want to be fair and give at least two stars. On another day, my girlfriend dropped off her bike there for repairs. She was quoted a total price of €50 beforehand, but when she picked it up, she suddenly had to pay €75... I certainly won't be going back; there are other shops nearby that treat you more kindly and fairly.

I spontaneously stopped by before closing time because of my gearshift issue. I was greeted very warmly and helped immediately! Excellent service.

The best bike shop in Cologne! I came in with an incomplete racing bike which they practically "freshly restored." Even the subsequent adjustment of the gears was super quick and easy. Very fair prices and a high level of expertise. I'm absolutely thrilled and can highly recommend this shop :)🚴🏻♀️

Excellent workshop with fast service and good prices. I've been looking for a trustworthy workshop for my bikes in Cologne for a long time and am very happy to have met Björn! I recently bought a fantastic vintage bike from him – very sustainable and durable! I can only warmly recommend going to Rad Garage for all bicycle-related matters.

+++ Highly Recommended! +++ Clean work and friendly guys! I've been to quite a few bike shops and have finally found the perfect one. They work quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. We've brought in several bikes and have always been completely satisfied! They even took care of small things (chain, brakes, etc.) that we hadn't asked for, without charging extra... which isn't always the case these days. Greetings from the neighborhood!

Rad-Garage Köln-Sülz: ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!!! For over five years, Rad-Garage Köln-Sülz has been servicing and maintaining my racing bikes. Most recently, I commissioned them to undertake a complex rebuild of a classic French racing bike. The finished result was stunning. My expectations were exceeded many times over. Heavily oiled chrome parts were lovingly polished. Old, worn parts were replaced with new, modern ones, and much more. Now I have a beautiful, timeless, technically state-of-the-art, and cool French racing bike. A real eye-catcher! The price-performance ratio for this extensive work is excellent. So, fellow racing bike enthusiasts: If, like me, you're all thumbs and tend to make things worse rather than better, then Rad-Garage Köln-Sülz is the perfect place for you.
