Beautiful bike, excellent customer service. I live in London but when I go to Köln I will definitely visit this store. So helpful and kind. I love my bicycle.

I had a problem with my Gravel Bike while riding on a Sat. afternoon and dropped by to see if they could help. The bike mechanic had a look quickly and fixed the problem immediately and st no cost. Amazing help to allow me to continue my tour. I would definitely return and happily recommend this bike center.

Awesome store! Came there 5 minutes before closing, the staff was really nice and helpful: they landed us a few tools and helpped us with the repair, after which they went out of their way to help us clean ourselves.

Top Service. Super fast and competent. Quite affordable. Slightly crowded Shop, but i think that speaks for the quality. A varied range of products from city and Mountainbikes, to ebikes and accessories like helmets, transportation stuff and locks.

Excellent!!! The guy had the patience to check a video while explaining the problem. It was tricky to solve, they were able to detect the problem and fix it on time as promised. The problem was with disc brake alignment that caused vibrations while riding the bike at higher speeds which made weird noise.

I bought a bike in this shop since we're hoping to stay here longer. The bike is secondhand and working fine, but what's best is the crew! They're excellent as far as bike servicing and customer relations can go. To Supa, Sura and the other guy (I hope I spelled your names correctly and sorry that I forgot the name of the other guy). Man, you are all the best! More power to you guys! Kudos!

The gears on my bike broke unexpectedly. When I told the nice guy on the counter, that I need my bike to go to work, they repaired it on the same evening! It took them about 1h. Thank you! You are great! My bike now feels to run as on the day, I bought it. Great shop, very friendly people :D.
