I took my older, used bicycle there for a service and received exceptionally honest and fair advice from a very nice lady at the counter. She clearly explained everything that would theoretically need to be done and, when I asked, also gave me her personal opinion: if I wasn't emotionally attached to the bike, I should just keep riding it until it was truly beyond repair and then think about getting a new one. I found this honest, sales-driven advice truly remarkable. In addition, they adjusted a loose steering bolt for me free of charge and without any fuss. In the past, they've also helped me quickly and without any red tape with minor issues on several occasions, without charging me anything. You really get the feeling that they're not just focused on making money, but on providing fair advice and good service. Thank you for the friendly assistance—I'll definitely be back.

Great shop. I ordered a Stevens bike since I don't live nearby. They were very friendly and helpful; they even called me after delivery to check if everything was okay, and I even got a little something extra!

I'd like to mention that before work I went to Radfieber to quickly fix my tire myself, as I always have. Unfortunately, I was told today that they no longer lend out tools, which is apparently a new rule. This made me late for work, which I was quite surprised about, as it's never been a problem before. In the future, I'll go somewhere else.

We went there this morning with a broken seat post (the seat spun around) and had a very good experience. The repair guy was able to help out right away, and replaced the seat post immediately, only charging for the post and not even the labor. I was very happy with the service.

Excellent bike repair shop. I recently bought a used bike so i brought it to the shop in order to see if it needed any work done and to buy a lock. The worker was very friendly and even though i do not speak Deutsch we communicated perfectly in English. He explained to me that the bike does not need any repairs simply because the price will be too much in relation to the bike price itself. He helped me choose a lock that i am very pleased with. Finally another worker came and checked the bike while i was ready to pay and did some balancing on the brakes and steering wheel. That was really nice of her and it actually improved my brakes. i was only charged for the Lock. I will certainly visit again for anything that i might need as a bike rider in Cologne.

Great bike store: I stumbled upon this friendly and competent bike store when I had a minor issue. They welcomed me into the store and fixed my bike. I have a bike that needs some tuneups, and I am looking forward to bringing my bike to Radfieber. Great bike store that makes me feel good about Köln.
