I gave the shop a second chance this time because there were complications last time, and I brought my broken handlebars in for repair. I was told that if the handlebars weren't available, they would find another quick solution. I didn't see my bike for two months and called politely several times. The staff are really nice, but the rest of the service is incredibly frustrating. Then, two days ago, when I called in a huff, the handlebars were suddenly available after all and were replaced yesterday. The brakes were also supposed to be replaced if they stopped working; they were only checked, and they're only braking moderately well. Then, on the phone, I was promised that I would receive the handlebar tape as compensation and would only have to pay around €60. However, when I arrived, I was billed for everything and had to pay €80. I didn't want to argue anymore; it only works if you get angry, so unfortunately, I won't be going back there. They were nice enough, but even when I went to pick up my bike, I had to wait, and other customers were served while it was my turn. That's a real shame, and after years of loyalty I would have expected significantly more consideration.

I had a flat tire and came in just before closing time asking for help. I not only received excellent advice, but also a complete repair service! A very friendly and competent team. My bike is running great again. I got home safely. Thank you so much!

Perfect shifting instead of gear problems – top service! My gears had given up the ghost and were making more noise than anything else. An appointment was quickly arranged via email. Dropped it off at 2 pm, ready just under 3 1/2 hours later. At Radius in Nippes, my old Carver wasn't just repaired, it was practically rejuvenated: new cassette, new chain, new shift cables – the whole shebang. The diagnosis was honest and transparent, no unnecessary extras were pushed on me. The team definitely knows what they're doing and works cleanly and efficiently. For just under €140, I essentially got a new derailleur, and the bike now shifts buttery smooth through all the gears. What was particularly nice: the advice was competent without being patronizing, and you can just tell that these are people who love their craft. The shop is super easy to get to from Riehl – definitely my first choice for everything bike-related! A clear recommendation for anyone looking for professional work at fair prices. Your bike is in good hands here!

Seriously the most helpful, kind bike shop I’ve found in Köln-Nord! They regularly help me put air in my tires for free and advise me. If I need anything with my bike fixed, I will definitely come here.

Super friendly & very helpful guys in the shop! Got my old banged up Dutch bike sorted within an hour & a half! Very competitive with pricing, am really pleased. Would highly recommend this shop! Plus they spoke to me in English, without that I’m a bit useless. So thank you Radius! 😎

The service is excellent! I went cause I thought my bike needed new tubes, two days later they got back to me and said that my tubes were ok and the bike just needed some air. They didn't ask for any money but a small and voluntary tip. Isn't it awesome. Totally recommended.

This was the best bike shop experience yet for me. They say come in and ride out; that is what I did.

One of the best bicycle repair shops I know in Cologne. Their mechanics are friendly, and skilled. In contrast to some other shops the people here are focused on getting your bike back on the road without trying to sell you unnecessary repair services or replacement parts.
