I had a flat tire and took my bike in to have it repaired at this shop. To my surprise I was told that they only repair the models they sell. They wanted however to sell me the material so that I would repair the bike myself. In addition you need to make an appointment in advance. I find this unacceptable.

Hi Rodrigo!<br><br>Unfortunately, that's not correct.<br><br>We're not a repair shop.<br><br>We're a specialized bicycle shop with an attached service workshop—for our suppliers. Even if the bikes weren't purchased from us, that's also incorrect.<br><br>What is correct is: We work by appointment.<br><br>And everything we write here is communicated through all our channels. If you're surprised, please ask us first or take a look at our website.<br><br>It's a shame you find this unacceptable—however, we'll continue working the same way. Very good after sales service. Despite the initial bike assembly problems (damaged tyres, loose stem and loose crank), I went there with my mountain-bike 2 times with post race problems: Gear indexing not correct was promptly resolved; Then I had bearings issues due to a very muddy race which was also fixed within a few days. They were very professional and attentive to my bike issues, so I definitely recommend to buy a bike there.
