This was my first time at Radmeister, and I was immediately impressed: My bike repair was quick and seamless, communication was open and clear, and the price was transparent and fair. The booking system is also excellent. The two-hour window for dropping off and picking up your bike was unusual, but it's efficient, and the wait was very manageable. I'll definitely be back!

Since this shop opened, I've always been extremely satisfied. They know what they're doing, and what I really appreciate is that they dedicate themselves to each individual bike and explain exactly what needs to be done without adding dismissive comments (which, unfortunately, has happened to me quite often elsewhere): "What kind of clunker is that?" Yes, it is, but it's my bike and it won't be stolen, and thanks to this workshop, it's been running perfectly for many years! Okay, the opening hours...yes...but I mean, if you're constantly taking on new jobs or dropping things off, you can't work with full concentration. I think that's absolutely the right thing to do. This is truly a highly recommended bike shop and its team! Online appointment booking is also possible, but you're also welcome to drop by spontaneously during opening hours. In conclusion: For me, this shop deserves a few more stars!!

This was my first time here to get a "simple" flat tire repaired (inner tube replacement). The staff were very friendly, and booking an appointment was easy using an online tool. The work was carried out reliably and, in my opinion, the price was reasonable. I'm deducting one star for the drop-off and pick-up system. From an operational perspective, and with limited staff, it's obviously ideal and understandable if all customers drop off and pick up their bikes within the two-hour window (4:00 PM - 6:00 PM). This leaves the rest of the day for repairs. However, if a customer wants more in-depth advice, this leads to longer waiting times. For more extensive repairs, this is certainly acceptable, but for a simple inner tube replacement, I would look for a different workshop in the future.

By comparison, before our concept, the waiting times for emergency repairs like flat tires were up to three weeks, and appointment requests were up to two and a half months during peak season. Now, it's one to three workshop days for emergencies and a maximum of two and a half weeks for appointments. The waiting time for drop-off/pick-up/consultation hasn't changed. Overall: The staff seemed friendly at first glance, but there were long waiting times and limited opening hours. Regarding the repair: Despite my prior notification, they were unable to permanently fix the problem with my bicycle. The tone during my complaint was also disrespectful; I wasn't allowed to finish speaking. Hence my rating.

Therefore, we cannot offer a "quick fix."<br><br>Your bike left our workshop in good working order. Approximately two weeks after our repair (tube change), you have now reported another flat tire to us.<br>Of course, it's possible to puncture the tube again when riding on Cologne's streets.<br><br>We cannot offer a warranty for this.<br><br>I already apologized for interrupting you during the call.<br><br>When I offered to change the tube again as a courtesy, you simply hung up because you weren't willing to accept our opening hours.<br><br>You may find a workshop in the future that has more capacity for your individual needs.<br><br>Best regards,<br>Frederic Wulf

I had some repairs and maintenance work done on my bike. Since it involved a lot of work, I made an appointment a few weeks ago after a brief discussion with an employee, as the workshop is currently quite busy. It's a great system – you can drop off the bike the day before your appointment and pick it up the very next day. I felt like I received excellent service. The employees really take their time when it's your turn, are transparent, and explain all the work. I'm more than satisfied with the work, and the price was reasonable. That's exactly how it should be, keep it up! I'll be happy to come back! :)

That's exactly how it should be!<br><br>However, it's no longer possible to drop off a bike for an appointment in the morning, but only in the afternoon/evening the day before. This is due to our new opening hours, which are designed to compensate for the high demand and increased workload caused by supply shortages, and to keep waiting times as short as possible. English below! My bicycle needed new inner tubes. After a quick call, I was offered the option of bringing my bike in, and the repair was squeezed in :) which, I want to emphasize, was extremely kind and thoughtful, as other bike shops were quoting me three weeks for repairs. In the end, the repair took three days, which was more than acceptable! I'm very satisfied! They also gave the rest of the bike a visual inspection and oiled the chain. When I picked it up, they took the time to explain a few things again. I'll gladly come back! Thank you for the friendly service and professional repair! You have a new regular customer :) P.S.: If you found this review helpful, please give it a like 🌷☺ I needed two new inner tubes for my bicycle. After a quick call, I was able to bring my bike in. The repair took three days, which is more than okay! Other companies were quoting me three weeks for appointments! After I pick up my bike, they took time to explain me some things that Important for my bike! They were very nice and competent. I paid 53 euros total with two small extras, that's pretty good.
