What can I say?! Awful, and then some! A completely run-down place. It stinks, the toilet's broken, but what's much worse... all the machines are unlocked (sometimes one person is playing six at once), no ID checks (and according to the staff, that's what the boss wants – deliberate!). Basically, the owner doesn't follow any rules... but there are notices and regulations everywhere. City of Cologne... just drop by and see for yourself! My tip: Just leave the owner €20 and leave. He seems to be struggling financially... at least then he can afford a hot meal in the evening.

They don't follow the rules, all machines are open, anyone can play, even if they are blocked
