The owner is super friendly and will help bike tourers as best as he possibly can, super good shop especially after ringing around for help from a lot of bike shops in cologne that weren't able to help !

I am from Puerto Rico, bike touring across Europe. A couple of weeks ago a repetitive noise sounded every pedal cycle. I thought it was the bottom bracket. First, I was glad he knew the English language. Well , my bike went through several tests and inspection and to rule out possible reasons. After all, it was one of the pedals that was not screwed in tight enough. But, he didn't stop servicing there, he went on to apply grease to the rear rings and even the seat post tube. Without a doubt, the service here is exceptional. Definitely lots of repairs experience. I highly recommend this bicycle repair shop for all your needs. Best decision, I made for my bicycle 🚲.

Beautiful small bike repair shop where my bike was fixed very rapidly! The repairman instantly called other shops to make sure my oddly sized 22” inner tire could be replaced the same day - very happy to continue exploring Cologne by bike. Five stars.

Evertyhing was super nice and professional! I came there with second-hand bought bike that need some general service. After taking a quick look they were able to estimate the costs of repair and asked about way to handle the case if more expensive work is needed. Bike came back to me after two days and I'm more than happy that I decided for this shop. Definitely gonna come back if I have to take care of it again.

Excellent service. Two months ago I fixed the bike chain and today I had a problem, and they repaired it without charging me money! . They really are very good, competent, kind and patient because my German is not good. I recommend SCHNEIDER Radsport of JAHNSTR 3. (Zülpicherplatz) Camila. Chile.
