Highly recommended! The staff were incredibly friendly and the repair was super fast. My bike was ready the very next day, and I was immediately notified that I could pick it up anytime. I'm extremely satisfied and can absolutely recommend this workshop! :)

They lost the package containing the spare part, causing the repair to take over a month. They billed me for a service I had explicitly declined beforehand. During the repair, the bicycle trailer hitch was lost. They are virtually unreachable by phone. Even when I did manage to get through, they didn't return my call despite promising to do so. Emails went unanswered. All in all, a terrible experience.

Mr. Schneider saved my day today. I happened to pass by the shop on my way home with a flat tire. Within a very short time, Mr. Schneider helped me very easily and got me back on my bike. The price was very fair. Thank you again!

I had a problem assembling my front wheel. I called in advance, quickly scheduled an appointment, and then went later. A friendly young man took care of me and helped me in no time. Another solved another minor problem, and after 10 minutes, my bike was ready to go. Thank you very much for taking my lack of knowledge with humor.

Some people deserve 10 stars. I had an accident so,I left my bike without an appointment and although they were full they accepted mine with a smile and extreme politeness. Thank you so much.
