Good prices, fast delivery via the online shop, and prompt email responses within a maximum of 10 minutes. Someone also answers the phone immediately. I experienced excellent customer service when I had a problem. This is not the case with other (large) bicycle retailers. Top marks! 👍

I reported a problem with a Hövding 3 airbag via email and received a replacement immediately, without any problems or hassle. That was outstanding service that others could learn from, as such service is unfortunately rare these days!

I ordered a Thule brand bike rack from their online shop. When the bike rack arrived, I discovered damage (the packaging was already open and the bike rack had been incorrectly assembled, resulting in damage). When I immediately reported the issue after delivery, I received a collection confirmation and was assured that a new bike rack would be shipped within 8-10 days. After 9 days, I suddenly received a refund, stating that it was a mistake and the bike rack needed to be reordered. When I then tried to place the new order, the bike rack was no longer available. I had to order it elsewhere, unfortunately at a slightly higher price. The only star I can give is for the prompt responses.

Excellent customer service and advice! I went to Schork today, June 5th, 2023, to look for a suitable roof box for my Duster. I asked for advice there because I wasn't sure about the overhang above the windshield, etc., and it also had to fit the car. One of the employees went with me to the vehicle, and together we measured how long the box could be to ensure it wouldn't interfere with the open tailgate, for example. In the showroom, we then looked for something suitable based on the dimensions and finally agreed on this Thule box. I was lucky enough to receive this exact box, and that was the sign for me that it was meant for my Duster. So I bought it! I took the box out of the packaging on site, and the two employees then properly attached it to the vehicle in just a few minutes. I am very grateful for the advice, the preliminary measurements, and the considerations regarding the glossy paint, which is more prone to scratches than the textured surface, etc., and finally, the installation! I am completely satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend Schork. Many thanks for the great box and to the Schork team! Best regards, M.M.
