The best bike shop in the area! My parents bought bikes there for us when we were kids in Brück. For the past 20 years, we've been buying bikes there ourselves, for ourselves and our own children, and we're always thrilled with the personalized advice, the opportunity to test ride bikes, the sometimes very good deals at the warehouse sale in LESKANPark, and lately, the excellent repair and maintenance service on Waltherstraße. Very nice, friendly staff, helpful, honest, and top-notch work. I'd give it six stars if I could, because you rarely find such a great shop these days. We'll definitely stick with this shop, especially the service department, when we next need new bikes once the kids have outgrown them. We've never been disappointed with a purchase; quite the opposite, in fact, which wasn't always the case with other big chains… Price isn't the only factor when buying a bike. Personalized advice and good after-sales service are crucial – we've learned that the same thing. Best regards and thanks again to the whole team, the Wisheu family.

We took our trike to Cologne for repairs on Friday. It's already fixed today, Monday! 👍👍👍👍 I've never experienced anything like this before, and the service was so friendly and helpful.

I have nothing bad to say. I had major problems with the spokes on my rear wheel. They kept breaking. The employee at reception and the workshop manager took care of the problem and completely rebuilt the wheel with a different spoke. As of now, there are no more problems. The one-week wait was perfectly reasonable.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. We were here a total of three times due to problems with the Bosch motor on our cargo bike. Each time, they blamed it on a worn drivetrain (chainring, chain, sprocket), which they then replaced at great expense. While the motor problems were temporarily resolved, they reappeared after a short time. The third time, they again told us we had to replace the drivetrain before they could do anything to the motor. Based on our previous experiences, we insisted that they not replace the drivetrain again, but only troubleshoot the motor. Then it took five weeks (!!!) before we were notified that the bike was ready. When we picked it up, they told us they couldn't do anything to the motor because the drivetrain wasn't supposed to be replaced. Instead, they charged us €60 for "adjusting the battery play." We then took the bike to another dealer, who fixed the problem in a week and a half without any fuss. Goodbye Prumbaum, this is how you lose customers.

I came to Prumbaum as a new customer because I was interested in a lightweight e-bike from Coboc, which, to my knowledge, isn't sold anywhere else in Cologne. I felt I received excellent advice from Mr. Bayer, as he took a lot of time, answered all my questions competently, and also explained bikes from other manufacturers for comparison. I've ridden the e-bike a lot in the last six months and am 100% satisfied with my decision. However, I waited to write my review until after the first service because I read the reviews about the dealer's service after the purchase. If I had seen them beforehand, I might not have gone there at all, which, in hindsight, would have been a real shame. Because I've also had only positive experiences with the service and am extremely satisfied. Even at the time of purchase, I was able to pick up my bike the very next day, perfectly assembled and inspected. However, one change couldn't be made on such short notice and was scheduled for the first service. The appointment for the first inspection was easily booked online, the verbal agreements regarding additional features promised at the time of purchase were honored without any issues, any questions that arose via email were answered and explained promptly, and there were absolutely no waiting times for dropping off or picking up the bike. Thank you to the entire team, I feel very fairly treated and would buy a bike here again anytime!

Super-fast scheduling, uncomplicated pick-up/drop-off, and friendly communication throughout. The technical support was also absolutely top-notch. I had a problem with the electronics on my e-bike, and they not only fixed the problem quickly but also explained it thoroughly. Great, thanks for everything! :)

Even though the original spare parts were available, it took two months to repair my bike. I was then charged over €50 for the installation of a derailleur hanger (two screws). Even after this unacceptable procedure, there was no mention of regret or even goodwill when I picked it up. After many years, I will now have to change my mind.
