I traveled to Köln specifically to visit this store on November 22, only to find it closed. There was only a handwritten sign saying, “We are closed,” along with another note stating, “Cash only.” I decided to return on Saturday, November 23, but the store was still closed. There was no mention of this closure on the store’s website, which was extremely inconvenient. This reflects very poor communication and service.

If you're in Cologne shopping for sneakers definitely this store has unique styles you can't find anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Purchased a sneaker that restocked and they canceled my order one day before I was supposed to receive it. Heartless savages. Done with being a @Size? customer. No wonder they have such bad reviews.

We received the product quite rapidly BUT, to return the product is like hell! First of all, the product comes from the UK... And those idiots sent a return label which is valid for the UK ONLY!!!! We went to DPD and it was of course refused. We don't recommend at all.

i canceled my order 2 min after and they send me an email that i cant cancel.... today the dpd driver weak me up.... guys i will never order something from u again that was so so so so bad xxxxxxxxx
