I have shopped many times in sports check, so i decided to buy a gift card to my friend as a birthday present. but he couldnt use it in the store apparently the system is not accepting gift card thats what the cashier is saying. But the money is already paid for the card, my friend has visited the store for like 2 times still he couldnt claim it. whats the use of gift card where he ca use it still he is wasting his time and energy to claim it but couldnt. Can the resolve the issue please. Thank you

Second time having problems with Qualle (cashier). The Gift card system was not working and he didn’t want to find a solution to reserve a pair of shoes until they solve their issue. Luckly the manager solve the problem. Also to end this, Qualle started laughing with a client, when I looked for the manager. Typical racist and arrogan behavior from this Qualle for the second time. Like SportScheck endorse this.

Italian employee (sorry, did not get your name) helped me checking the running shoes and she was really good in finding the right shoes after checking the running format and shoes size. Shops should have more people like you who are knowledgeable and super helpful. Thank you so much!

Large store with many products. Some of the sales clerks are not so friendly, but others are courteous and friendly. It's always worth taking a look here. The prices are often in the sale and then it is cheap, otherwise rather expensive.

ITS PLAYGROUND FOR THIEVES. Take care with your bags and belongings. The benches where you try the shoes make you take out your backpack. Just behind you someone is waiting to pick it up. My backpack was stolen there in just 2 seconds. I asked them to see the vídeo of the only camera they have and they said it doesn’t work. No security People and no help at all. They have a security problem and they don’t care. TAKE CARE!

The one extra star is only for the people working on the floor, very nice although they have too much work. We bought over 100€ worth of stuff, the man on the cash register was so into a conversation with a woman on the other register he didn't even help when our card couldn't be read, didn't hear me say i don't want a bag, or didn't even say "thank you" or "goodbye". I hope the conversation was worth it.
