I don't know if it was a coincidence, but we received very poor service: - Especially when the outdoor pool was open, no parking for non-Rot-Weiß members (a 15-minute walk) - On several occasions, we weren't notified when the ordered goods had arrived. - The jersey was printed incorrectly, without even a hint of an apology. - Today we had to wait 45 minutes because information about the changed holiday opening hours is only available on the store door. We won't be buying anything there again.
