Well, what can I say? I had a flat tire and it was fixed in less than an hour. They also did a thorough inspection of the bike. I discovered another problem and they gave me advice on how to fix it. The staff were very friendly.

Because I know nothing about bicycles, an employee sold me the most expensive bicycle chain he had and even lied to me, saying it had a chain lock. I think it's a shame that I left the store feeling like I'd been ripped off, just because it was possible. I will definitely never buy anything here again, and I also think that if someone rips people off with a bicycle chain, they'll do the same with repairs...

My bike was squeaking terribly, and I figured a drop of oil would probably do the trick. But the friendly bike shop assistant promptly lifted my trusty steed onto the lift and took a close look at everything. He oiled my chain, fixed my broken mudguard, and tightened all the screws. And all of this was free! Now that's what I call excellent service, and then some! I've been there before; the service was super friendly and competent. 👍

These guys saved my bike! Mattheus (sorry thats probably spelled wrong) is like a brilliant mad scientist with the bike. I had a pretty severe problem on the trail. I went to 6 different bike shops and they all told me that it was impossible to fix. Mattheus did it in about 30 minutes and a at a great price. These guys deserve your business!

I'm really disappointed. A week ago, I had my bike repaired here after an accident – the handlebars and fork were replaced, costing almost €450 in total. Now, just a week later, a screw was loose. So I went back, thinking it would be a quick fix. Instead, they tried to tell me the headset bearing was broken – €30 for the part, €100 for the installation. I repeatedly asked them to simply tighten the screw, but they refused. The employee was convinced the bearing was defective and that just tightening the screw wouldn't do any good. That's simply wrong. The screw was loose; the headset bearing is perfectly fine. I've since had it checked elsewhere. To me, this is clearly an attempt to charge me unnecessary fees. They told me something that wasn't true – whether out of ignorance or on purpose, I can't say. But my trust is gone. After such an expensive repair, one should be able to expect that minor adjustments are taken seriously – and that one is treated honestly as a customer.

Got ripped off, how is it possible that 4 brake pads cost 44 euros? Avoid.

I’ve come here now numerous times with minor fixes to my bike and am always greeted with a helpful staff member who tolerates my bad german.... they are knowledgeable and honest. I never felt cheated and they even threw in free oil on my bike chain and pumped my tires. They can be busy, so unless you have a very minor fix, expect to leave your bike with them do up to a week. I highly recommend them!!!
