We paid as sponsors six weeks ago (September 19th). Our understanding was that the jerseys would be shipped 5-6 weeks after payment was received. If we were mistaken and simply making this up, the seller could have politely corrected us, for example, by replying to our email. Upon calling again, we were reprimanded, told that "that wasn't the agreement." The gentleman remembered my email requesting information about the shipping date, but he insisted on replying to the coach instead of me (the sponsor and therefore the invoice recipient). When you call, no one answers; instead, a mobile number calls back. He's happy to give advice, but counting weeks doesn't seem to work for him. I'm truly surprised that instead of offering a solution, he immediately accused me of lying. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from a businessman and company. I haven't received any concrete information about when the items will arrive. He's still insisting on 5-6 weeks. I can't comment on the quality of the jerseys. We sponsor several clubs and teams, work with various sporting goods stores, and I've never seen such a smooth process from anyone else. Even delivery delays aren't a problem as long as communication is good. However, we will no longer cooperate with any team if Tanked supplies their jerseys, and the sole reason for this is the company's communication style.

Based on other reviews, I was a bit "warned" about the jersey size. Therefore, before ordering a personalized jersey, I requested a size chart in advance. It arrived fairly quickly via email. I then measured very precisely using a well-fitting T-shirt, determined the size, ordered, and paid in advance. The jersey was supposed to be delivered within five weeks. I believe it arrived two days later, which I consider to be on time considering the delivery time is several weeks. The jersey fits perfectly. The only thing I would have liked was confirmation of payment receipt.

Thank you so much for the fantastic work!!! A very professional team. My flag football team and I decided to have new jerseys made in our style. We received excellent advice by phone and email. They also sent us free samples to determine the exact sizes and cut. Production and delivery took six weeks, as described on the website—so everything was within the expected timeframe. The quality of the jerseys is very good, and they have a great fit. We're really looking forward to playing in our new jerseys. Thanks again for the great work and advice!!!

An absolute disaster! I ordered three personalized Bonn Capitals baseball jerseys for myself and my sons as fan merchandise, and pretty much everything that could go wrong did. It started with me not receiving an order confirmation. Only after inquiring a few days later was I informed that my order had been received. Since you have to pay for the items directly during the ordering process, you start to seriously doubt the company's legitimacy. I was given a delivery timeframe of four to six weeks, which I already considered extremely long. I had specifically ordered the jerseys so they would arrive in time for the season finale and my son's birthday. Unfortunately, it ultimately took eight weeks for the items to finally be delivered. The disappointment—especially for my boys—was immense, as we had to go through both the season finale and his birthday without the jerseys. The worst part was yet to come: Upon unpacking the goods, I was horrified to discover that all three jerseys were far too small. Before ordering, I had specifically requested a size chart from TNKD and used the measurements provided there. However, the delivered jerseys were all 3 cm smaller in both length and width than indicated in the size chart. While my jersey still fits reasonably well, my sons' jerseys are much too tight. They just barely fit into them, but the jerseys look very small, and since they are both still growing, the clothes will likely be too small for them in a few months. When I complained to TNKD about the defects and even provided photos to prove the incorrect measurements, the only response I received was that TNKD couldn't imagine the jerseys being too small. I was thus indirectly accused of lying. I was offered neither a refund nor replacements. I wasn't even given a voucher so I could reorder the jerseys in a larger size in a few months when they became too small. When I took a closer look at the company's terms and conditions, I was astonished to discover that while they generally grant a right of return, they restrict it so severely with numerous exceptions that TNKD can refuse returns in most cases. Absolutely dubious! The only positive thing I can say is that the jerseys themselves look good and the quality is quite reasonable for the price. However, due to all the other shortcomings of the manufacturer, my sons and I haven't really warmed to the jerseys so far. I will definitely not be ordering from TNKD again!
