Mr. Bonn is a super nice, helpful, and competent bicycle specialist who serviced and repaired our school's bikes on-site in his mobile workshop. And all at a really fair price! It's wonderful that there are still such skilled tradespeople! We will definitely contact him again if needed. Highly recommended!

Fantastic!! A great and still affordable service that saved us a lot of logistical hassle – repair right at our doorstep! Friendly, absolutely competent, works quickly and conscientiously. I will definitely use TBCycle again and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had sent an email regarding a bicycle repair, saying that we live in Bonn, and received an email reply telling me to make an appointment by phone. Then I called again and mentioned that we live in Bonn, to which I only received an annoyed "Oh, no," and that he currently only works in Cologne. Very rude; I would never contact him again.

Hello. I would like to ask you to contact me again by phone. I'm sorry that the automated email reply raised false expectations.<br><br>I had a breakdown on the motorway last night and my courtesy car, which is now 70 km away, may have suffered engine damage. I've been on the phone all day with garages, tow truck companies, and the ADAC (German Automobile Club).<br><br>Please excuse my perhaps somewhat exasperated tone in our approximately 10-second conversation. I'm completely overwhelmed right now and don't know how to handle everything. A review like this certainly makes matters worse.

Unfortunately, this was awful. I had two appointments, and both times no one showed up. When I inquired, there wasn't even an apology. On the contrary, they just said they were very busy and that the next appointment simply wouldn't be kept. They haven't contacted me since. It's a real shame; I had high hopes that my son's bicycle would be repaired quickly and properly.

Excellent service! I had no braking power from the rear brake. The technician not only fixed the problem but also improved the front brake and carried out a minor electrical repair. All this at a fair price.

I can wholeheartedly recommend TBcycle's bike service. I got an appointment very quickly (even though I was on the other side of town, he came the day after next), Mr. Bonn was very friendly and carried out the necessary work quickly and professionally. It was great that I didn't have to push two broken bikes to the nearest repair shop – excellent service!
