i bought 577 euro stuff rackets shoes extra. personel said that there is no tax refund for other country members. it was so disturbing i had tax free before barcelona and paris tennis-ponit shops but köln was terrible

Never buy something from this bubble company . They fraud people . You don't receive your parcel and they dont refund your money ! They make a fun of you if you send a mail to them . They try to manipulate you with your ex mails ( if you already send more than 1 ) and they answer it on different mails to make process longer ! Just save your every information , every step that you have had with them and apply to consumer protection of your country . These kind of sellers should not be exist !!! Don't lose your money . DONT ATTEMT TO BUY SOMETHING FROM THIS SHOP !
