I've been bringing our bikes here for several years now and have only had good experiences. Before any major, unplanned repairs, they call to ask if you'd like this or that done for a certain price. The team is reliable, and the concept behind it is also worth supporting. All in all: I'll gladly return anytime.

My bike was fixed again within 30 minutes at a super fair price. The staff are always super friendly and never try to upsell you :) Completely satisfied!

Another borderline case of unfriendly service... I had my bike repaired for five weeks. When I got it back, I found it was in worse condition than before. When I returned it, the self-proclaimed "workshop supervisor" was very unfriendly and showed no understanding for my complaint. He even admitted that the bike's condition hadn't been properly tested before being handed over. So, he replaced the next part, naturally not free of charge. Twenty minutes later, €50 gone, same problem! Of course, he ordered another part – €120! He promised a call when the part arrived. Almost two weeks later, no call! To top it all off, the freshly "repaired" brake had vanished into thin air, so I went back again. Expecting an apology, the same guy from two weeks ago said: "What do I know about your brakes?" So, no complaint, no repair. It's a shame, because I think the idea and the project itself are very worthwhile. It's just too bad that someone like that is allowed to communicate with the outside world!

Very rude. My chain was broken. I wanted a new one, but the employee couldn't give me a cost estimate because he didn't know what else was broken. When I replied that nothing else was broken and asked him to give me a rough estimate of how much a new chain, including installation, would cost (since I had no idea about the prices), he got loud and said he didn't have any appointments available for another four months! A competitor in Deutz replaced it the same day for €30, including installation.

A small, professional bike repair shop that can competently and expertly fix almost any problem. Depending on the repair, it's inexpensive, but it takes 3-5 days to pick up your bike.

A fantastic and highly competent workshop at a super fair price. My bike was repaired and serviced within just a few days. Since I was previously unhappy with the adjustment of my saddle and handlebars, both were adjusted for me without any problems during a very pleasant conversation. They really take their time for their customers, and the friendly service ensures you leave satisfied. Absolutely recommended! :)

Unfriendly and unacceptable. I was a customer for years and satisfied with the friendly, professional service. However, I was then aggressively confronted for no reason by an employee I had never seen before. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again! My bike, which was supposedly beyond repair, was fixed elsewhere without any problems.

A clean workshop with great, affordable prices. My bike was assembled according to my wishes and ideas as much as possible. Good advice and tips included.

Top customer service! The first time I took my bike there, the workshop unfortunately couldn't accept any more bikes because they were too busy. Instead of just sending me away, however, an employee took the time to listen to my problem and immediately tried to find a quick solution. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible, and I was asked to come back the following week. No sooner said than done. I was able to drop off my bike a week later, and within half a day (!!!) I received a call saying it was ready for pickup. The price, as far as I can tell for a rental, is right too! So, it absolutely deserves 5 stars!
