"A classic case of the artist taking himself more seriously than his work. Everything went perfectly five times – then there was something to complain about once. Not a simple 'Sorry, it didn't go optimally,' but directly: 'I must have done something wrong there; you wouldn't normally install it like that.' Maybe so – after all, you're the specialist workshop, and that's precisely why I would expect to be informed about something like that in a timely manner. Then, as in previous times, I would naturally have had it done by you."

Competent and friendly advice. Simple repairs are carried out immediately whenever possible. Prices are reasonable and fair. No hidden costs for inspections and repairs. In my experience, inspections and repairs are completed within one day, and advance appointments have not been necessary so far.

I don't often comment on Google, but I decided this was worth the effort: I brought both my road bike and my city bike here and received expert and friendly advice. The prices were also very fair! Highly recommended!

I brought my bike in for a service and then picked up a new helmet and lock while I was there. Excellent service, typical Cologne charm, quick repairs, and fair prices. During opening hours, you can even pump up your tires for free with the pump in front of the shop.

We have our bikes serviced there every year. So far, it's always gone perfectly. There's a professional pump in front of the shop for quickly inflating tires. The staff is always very helpful, even if not everything is billed. When we wanted to exchange a broken pump without a receipt, they did it immediately as a courtesy. Really great. PS: To accuse the shop of xenophobia is truly absurd. Some members of my family also have a migration background. And to defame a shop as 'xenophobic' because it doesn't offer expert advice in English (if that's even the case) says more about the reviewer than about the shop itself.

We had our bikes inspected and prepared for a longer cycling trip. Unfortunately, the experts on site missed some issues with the bikes, which then came back to haunt us during the trip. (For example, worn brakes.) We could have really saved ourselves the money for the inspection.

Nice team, quick repair. However, the agreed service was extended without prior consultation to include a replacement of the bicycle chain, which cost €24. Furthermore, the reported squeaking noise from the front during the ride was reported as fixed, but it's still squeaking. It's a shame, so only 3 stars and no repeat.
