From the initial email to the purchase and installation in Cologne, everything was perfect and completely satisfactory. It's exactly what I was looking for, and I'm very happy with it. My bike transforms into an e-bike with the flick of a lever, and all with minimal added weight. The conversion is barely noticeable and exceeded my expectations. Professional installation was carried out quickly and expertly on-site. It has now covered several hundred kilometers in everyday use and even under continuous operation without any issues.

I've rarely had such an unfriendly phone call. I wasn't even allowed to explain what it was about or why I'd contacted him. I was told I'd have to look it up online, and besides, he was off work. Hanging up the phone because a friend was calling just doesn't strike me as very professional at all.
