This was my second visit, and both times I received excellent, friendly service. The prices were great, my bike was finished really quickly, and overall all the staff were simply very nice and helpful!

Veloküche combines expertise, variety, and a down-to-earth approach in an urban setting. A selection of high-quality children's and adult bicycles, from racing and gravel bikes to e-bikes, are available for test rides, and anything not in stock can be ordered for you. Veloküche isn't a "glossy" showroom; if that's what you're looking for, this isn't the place. The shop is located in the heart of Neuehrenfeld. Parking is limited. The clientele is large and diverse, so it's advisable to call ahead before bringing your bike in for repairs. Top-notch service, competent, friendly, and Edi and his team are very personable and always look for the best and most cost-effective solution for the customer. Problems are tackled step by step, addressing the root cause and working through it continuously. For example, during renovations, the customer's costs are always kept in mind, and they are honest about what is and isn't possible, and what would be a waste for the customer. Replacing another part later is always an option, and it might not even be necessary at the beginning because everything fits perfectly with the first modification. Keep up the good work! It's rare in our world to find that revenue and money aren't everything, and that service and good craftsmanship can work this way.

Straightforward, competent, super fast, affordable (!) and they even took the time to advise you. Absolutely fantastic. My son's Woom 4 had seized bearings in the front, and the problem was fixed within two days. It would normally have taken one to two weeks officially, which would have been perfectly fine in Cologne in the spring, but I was, once again, pleasantly surprised by Veloküche. I'll be back 😉

Unfortunately, I can't share the enthusiasm! The workshop gave me a bad feeling both when I dropped the car off and picked it up. They also openly stated that the gear shifting couldn't be adjusted any further because the chain and cassette were too worn. I just grabbed a screwdriver myself and lo and behold, the gears are working again. But thank you for being so transparent.

A super friendly and competent team! Excellent advice where they don't try to sell you anything you don't need. Small things are taken care of immediately. Even larger repairs or inspections usually don't take long! I'm very satisfied and can absolutely recommend Veloküche!

We bought a woom OFF Air 5 from Eduard last October. We were very satisfied with the service from the start. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. All our questions about the bike were answered thoroughly. The bike was assembled quickly and cleanly. We are very happy with the bike. It is well-made and rides very well. We can wholeheartedly recommend Eduard. It's a great little bike shop that definitely stands out from the big chains.
