A complete disaster!!! My husband brought his previously undamaged bicycle in for a check-up. AFTER the check-up, the frame was damaged. Was my husband informed about the damage? NO!! Was the bicycle repaired properly? NO!! Was the check-up carried out professionally and in line with the price? NO!! Did the owner intend to report the damage he caused to his insurance company? NO!! Should this shop be avoided at all costs? YES!!!!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say. Very friendly, helpful, and fast, and the value for money is excellent! I brought my e-bike in for a service and was able to pick it up the very next day. They even provided additional services beyond the standard service and didn't charge me for them! I also needed a new saddle, and instead of trying to sell me an expensive new one, they offered me a used saddle in excellent condition for a very reasonable price. I'm more than satisfied and will definitely go back!!

Very unfriendly shopkeeper. I had a problem with my bicycle tube and desperately needed help, but wasn't even allowed to use a bicycle pump – I was told I had to buy one for around €25 instead. There was no help; he didn't even look at my bike. Instead, just derogatory comments and a very aloof demeanor. Absolutely not recommended.

Nice store. Have my JobRad here and always got all the answers I needed, a good service, always on time and no problems really. I absolutely don't understand the negative comments here.

Nothing new to add more then what all the reviews say. I wanted to buy a bike and the shop has quality brand but the owner is simply arrogant. I could buy the bike here but repairments from the shop would be horrible

I came to him with a used racing bike that had no gears or brakes, and I explained the problem. I have to say, he immediately saw the reasons for the repair and gave me some excellent suggestions about what would be needed to get it working again. We eventually agreed on a quote, which I liked. After just two days, everything was finished. That's fantastic and incredibly fast, of course, but the price was quite high in the end, hence four out of five stars.
