A really nice and competent mechanic with top-notch service. On my way to work, a crank arm fell off my bike. Luckily, there was a workshop nearby. The problem was quickly identified and fixed in 10 minutes. While he was working on it, he gave me a couple of helpful tips and, after I left a small tip, said goodbye very nicely. I would definitely recommend this workshop.

An absolutely top-notch bicycle mechanic! He has a solution for every problem. He offers decades of expertise at fair prices. I'll definitely be back. Regarding other reviews: If he doesn't accept e-bikes, that's perfectly fine. He says he hasn't specialized in them yet and doesn't intend to.

The spokes on my child trailer were loose. Mr. Kempkes helped quickly and professionally. Even when I asked, he refused to accept payment for tightening them. I'll gladly come back.

Very friendly and helpful. The tire on the front wheel was worn out. Even though it had to be ordered separately afterward, the estimate wasn't changed. I even got new grips for free because I had to wait a little longer. The new tire is leagues better than the old one. Everything was great! I can highly recommend this shop and would definitely use their services again.
