Incompetent, unfriendly, and only interested in profit. Ultimately, the worst bike shop in all of Cologne when it comes to anything related to bikes. I find it simply appalling how they treat you when you need a spare part. And they expect you to make an appointment for that. Yeah, right 😅 But when I want to buy a new e-bike for €4500, everything goes smoothly. 💶 That was the last time I'll ever have any contact with this shop. Disappointing!

I liked the store. Good service. The mechanic is the best professional, this young guy!!! Simply top notch! He really helped me with installing and adjusting the new gear shifter. I've had more than one of my bikes serviced there, and I'm happy! Good selection of high-quality parts!

I was there yesterday and asked the apprentice for a screw, but he didn't give it to me. That shop will never see me again! They gave me that screw for free when I bought the wheel axle!

I recently visited Zweirad Jung because I wanted to buy a front and rear light for a regular bicycle. The shop itself makes a very good impression: a large sales area, a well-organized selection, and friendly staff. You can tell that they place a lot of emphasis on customer service and advice. However, I was surprised by the price of one of the suggested products. I was recommended a set that would have cost almost €60 in the shop. Out of curiosity, I later checked online and found the exact same product, same brand, same model, for €19. I completely understand that a specialist shop has higher overhead costs: staff, storage, space, and high-quality service all need to be paid for. And I think it's important that such shops continue to exist because they offer advice that you often can't get online. Nevertheless, I wonder if the price difference in this case is still justified. The service was friendly, the shop is well-run, and overall my visit was positive, hence the four stars. However, the significant price difference should be kept in mind.

Thank you for the quick repair of my bike. Within 15 minutes, my rear wheel was repaired, and new brake pads were installed and adjusted. I was able to simply wait on-site and pick up my bike right away. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. :)

I was looking for a new bicycle helmet. The very friendly saleswoman gave me expert and excellent advice from the truly vast selection, so I quickly found what I was looking for. Thank you so much! The store is also easily accessible, large, clean, and well-stocked. I highly recommend it.

In short: My trusted bike shop and repair shop. Always friendly and competent, both the sales staff and the guys in the workshop. A fantastic team that always has a witty remark ready and is in good spirits. What I particularly appreciate is the truly impressive display of all kinds of two-wheelers in the spacious showroom, which is second to none. No matter what, you can rely on the team. This has been proven more than once. 👍♥️👍

I got a flat tire just before closing time and dropped by spontaneously; the team took care of me immediately. Stephan, in particular, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for the quick and uncomplicated service – highly recommended!
