I bought a gravel bike there and felt very well taken care of and advised throughout. Mr. Bürger, in particular, went to great lengths to explain everything, and I was able to easily try out different sizes and models. The whole team is very friendly – therefore, I can highly recommend 2Rad-Prumbaum. Thank you! :)

I received advice from Jean-Philippe Pernin and am completely satisfied, as Mr. Pernin listened carefully to my needs and worked with me to develop suitable solutions. I was still undecided whether to get a standard e-bike or a folding e-bike as my commuter bike. Thanks to Mr. Pernin's advice, I was able to make a decision quickly. I also purchased the matching bicycle basket on another occasion, as I found his advice to be friendly, honest, and unobtrusive.

Yesterday, my wife and I went to the shop to buy a bicycle for our daughter as a Christmas present. Markus Buch not only gave us excellent advice but also kept us thoroughly entertained – anyone who leaves without having learned something or had a laugh hasn't been to Markus's shop! 😉 Top-notch advice, superb service, and a very friendly salesman. Now we just have to keep it a secret until Christmas…

Very good environment! Everyone is friendly, but I must give credit to Mr Pernin! He helped me with every detail that I needed and happily helped me make the right decision. In addition, because I needed the bike as soon as possible, he made it happen and I took my bike 3 days earlier than I was supposed to. They unboxed it and had it ready the next day. Very satisfied from the customer service and the bike! Big thanks to Jean Philippe .
