I had a flat tire on my racing bike, and the bike shop was already closed. They opened the workshop especially for me and quickly repaired my bike! Simply amazing! Thank you so much for that!

I needed a steering head bearing. He put a thick catalog, like something from the online retailer Otto, on the counter and told me to find it myself. Even though I had the original one with me. I asked him what his job in the shop was... Never again. I'd rather go to Kettensalat than the workshop a few meters away. They have heart and soul. This happened at the old shop. Unfortunately, less than one star isn't an option.

The workshop was a disaster; my right hand didn't know what my left hand was doing! The rim on the rear wheel cracked, and after 10 days, neither the rim nor the spokes had been ordered. I visited the workshop in person to find out how the repairs were progressing, but everyone told me something different. The bottom line was, neither the spokes nor the rim were ordered!

I bought two Velo de Ville e-bikes from Fiolka Bicycles. After the first few kilometers, I had to take one of the bikes to the repair shop because something was wrong. I was able to come in the very next day, and a friendly mechanic fixed the problem. I would definitely buy bikes from Fiolka again and can absolutely recommend the shop.

I haven't had my own bike for about 10 years. Now I have my very first e-bike. And I'm absolutely thrilled. Many thanks to @Fahrrad Fiolka for the impressive service and the completely uncomplicated process.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop at all. I called to request an inspection for my e-bike and was given an appointment. When I arrived at the workshop, no one seemed to know anything about the inspection. I was able to leave my bike there, and the inspection was carried out. Of course, I paid for it. After the inspection, the motor was not working. When I pointed out this significant defect, I was simply shrugged off, and neither the employee nor the manager addressed the problem. I was referred to the manufacturer. I had to take care of everything myself. A complete waste of time and money. I definitely cannot recommend this shop.

A spontaneous bike purchase – I was actually just buying a spare part. Excellent advice from the staff, a test ride was possible immediately, and the bike was ready for pickup within a few days. Great instructions and thanks for the well wishes for a 'good ride' in the pouring rain 😉...oh, and the spare part was bought too, and it fit perfectly 😀
