As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted warmly with a smile. The items offered here are really very attractively priced. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful – including fashion advice! 😁 We bought a jacket and two sweaters. Similar jackets and sweaters are definitely much more expensive elsewhere. I would especially like to thank the wonderful employee who went out of her way to check the stockroom for the right size (in the end, we got exactly this jacket!), and of course, a big thank you to the friendly employee who patiently helped us. ❤️ I hope that my thanks, expressed through this platform, reach these two wonderful sales assistants. ❤️🍀

We were there around lunchtime, and it was relatively quiet. The saleswoman was very friendly. She gave us great advice and brought us jackets and trousers in different sizes. My wife and I each bought a jacket and a pair of trousers. The price was good. I even got a discount as a new customer. Highly recommended.

I bought a few things there before my vacation. One shirt didn't fit. When I went back to the outlet immediately after my vacation, 14 days later, to buy a jacket and exchange the shirt, I was told it wasn't possible. Exchanges only took one week. I don't like this service; no other size was available, no concessions at all. I'd rather shop elsewhere. The shirts aren't particularly good quality; unfortunately, they don't dry quickly, and even after just one wear, they smell.

Good and wide selection. Really great prices and good combination offers. The staff is friendly and helpful. This wasn't my first and last visit.

We were in the store today to look for jackets for our children. Then suddenly both of them had to go. When we asked a salesperson who was smoking outside the store if the two six-year-old girls could use the restroom, he simply replied that there were no customer restrooms. Then he went inside and left us standing there. So, I can't really comment on the quality of the goods, but there's still a lot of room for improvement in their customer service. Therefore, I can't recommend this store.

When I read things like this... they only have cheap, inferior goods and all that...?! What nonsense! I've been wearing Regatta jackets for years, for example. Of course, you can also buy Jack Wolfskin jackets that cost €100 more, even though they're also 100% polyester. It's just inexplicable how brand-conscious some people are...

This is what makes shopping fun. Today was my first time in this store, and it certainly won't be the last. This kind of competent advice demonstrates a high standard of quality; now I'm excited to try out the products I bought in my home state of Bavaria. I don't think it was the last time I visited this store. Many thanks again to the friendly store manager who looked after me during my shopping trip.
