Yesterday, we received expert advice when buying our child's first shoes and were truly impressed with the service. The staff took plenty of time for us, and we felt very well taken care of. Our son immediately started walking beautifully in the shoes, which is why we were so happy with the purchase. Unfortunately, we discovered at home that one of the shoes was badly faded. Since we liked the shoes so much, we wanted to exchange them for a new pair, or if they were no longer available, receive a discount. However, today we were informed that a discount is not possible and only a full exchange is an option, as the model is no longer in stock. This is very disappointing, as we were really pleased with them and our son loved wearing them. Now we're hoping we might be able to find the same model in another store.

We are sorry that the shoe did not meet your expectations and that you therefore have grounds for a complaint. The outsole of the shoe is made of natural rubber and is therefore particularly environmentally friendly, flexible, and durable. Since this natural product contains no chemical additives, environmental factors such as UV radiation and temperature can lead to color changes. The supplier points this out on an enclosed card in the box and excludes this as a reason for a complaint. As a customer-oriented company, we have accepted the return of the shoe.
