Today I went to buy a rear mudguard for a Cruzbike recumbent bike and put it on the front wheel (because that's the only way...) the salesman and mechanic offered to fit it and put it on. It took up to an hour, plus I bought a Shimano cassette and got a good discount. In a word, I recommend Here, customers will first of all Listen, advise and fix it for a decent price!

Simply top-notch – it doesn't get any better! The Nellessen bike shop completely won me over, especially the workshop, which is truly outstanding. You can immediately tell that real professionals are at work here, people who understand their craft and work with great care. The advice is honest, friendly, and very competent – everything is explained clearly and without any time pressure. My bike was repaired quickly, cleanly, and extremely reliably. Afterward, it ran perfectly again, almost like new. I particularly appreciate the transparency and the fair price-performance ratio. They don't do unnecessary repairs here; they truly work with the customer's best interests in mind. A shop with heart, expertise, and genuine passion for bicycles. For service and repairs, it's definitely my first choice – an unqualified recommendation!

Where can you still get that kind of service these days without an extra charge? It's precisely these little things that make all the difference for me. After the inspection, my bike wasn't just in top technical condition, but also completely cleaned – spotless, well-maintained, and ready to ride. This additional service is anything but standard and shows genuine appreciation for their customers. You can tell that they work with dedication, care, and passion. A bike shop that truly embodies service and is therefore highly recommended.

No matter when I was there, no matter what problem or question I had, and no matter who advised me: I always left feeling good and completely satisfied. It can sometimes take a little while when the place is busy, but you receive the same thorough and timely service as the other customers. Highly recommended!

I can wholeheartedly recommend this bike shop and workshop, whether you're looking to buy a new bike or have your existing one professionally serviced. Everything here is just right! I'd especially like to highlight the workshop: the mechanics are extremely professional and work with great care. I get the feeling that the people who work here love their jobs. The prices for repairs and services are also fair and transparent. I'm absolutely thrilled with "Der Fahrradladen Nellessen"!

I was there this morning because my e-bike's front light was broken. Marc addressed the problem, diagnosed a short circuit, rewired it professionally, and after 45 minutes, the light was back on! Thank you for the immediate help and your dedication! I highly recommend this customer service.

We took our bikes there for their first inspection. We received a very friendly welcome, and the staff were helpful and competent. The prices aren't too expensive compared to other bike shops. We'll definitely be back.
