Three and a half years ago, I bought my recumbent bike from Klaus Assé (Tetrion Spezialräder) and I'm very happy with it. The combination of advice, service, and price is excellent. As a complete newbie, Mr. Assé gave me expert advice and helped me choose the recumbent bike that I'm still happy with today (after a good three and a half years). He knew from the start what was important to me and what I could safely ignore because I didn't need it. I relied on his expertise and have become a very happy recumbent bike rider. Even after an accident or with any kind of problem, I received quick and uncomplicated help. I can wholeheartedly recommend Tetrion Spezialräder. Not only are the advice and service fantastic, but you're also in excellent hands on a personal level!

Telephone agreements were "misunderstood." In-person consultation was worse than on YouTube. The overall presentation appears unprofessional.
