As always, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a real treat to finally be able to shop again after three months. Access was straightforward after registering in writing on-site or booking an appointment online. One hour is perfectly sufficient for shopping these days.

I always find something here – a great selection, good quality, and helpful advice. They have both the latest collections and discontinued models at reasonable prices. Definitely recommended!

Downstairs in the lingerie department, there's a very, very unfriendly old lady working! You politely ask if she can help you, and you get a really nasty reply! Absolutely the worst! This woman (short, old, with short gray hair) should stay home if she doesn't want to work. She drives all the customers away. She won't let you out of the fitting rooms, gets in the way, and won't make room. People like that should stay home. It's awful. Unfriendly and offers no help whatsoever!
