I got my bike through the "Bike on Duty" leasing program from Mr. Thünemann and I'm absolutely delighted. The consultation was excellent from the very beginning – he took plenty of time and answered all my questions. I immediately felt I was in good hands. A huge thank you to salesman Mustafa – this is what perfect service looks like! From the initial consultation to the handover of the bike, he was simply competent, honest, and incredibly friendly. Mustafa took his time, addressed all my needs, and really thought things through. No pushy sales tactics, just honest advice based on expertise and a passion for cycling. I had my e-bike serviced there. The service was quick and a brake rubbing issue was completely resolved. Furthermore, a very friendly member of the workshop staff (best regards to Mr. Jalali) gave me some helpful maintenance tips.

Highly recommended!!!! I took advantage of a bike lease through my employer. I had already mentally decided on a KTM. But somehow it wasn't quite right for my height and long legs. After a few test rides with different models, the salesperson suggested I try other brands. In the end, I went with a Cube bike. The subsequent consultation was also very pleasant, and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. From the lock to the saddle to the pedals, the advice was top-notch. I'd like to give a special mention to Mr. Thünemann. His advice was excellent, and he took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. My bike was ready for pickup after just two days. Mr. Thünemann also provided outstanding instruction on the bike, its technical features, and other special aspects. All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend Rufa in Dormagen. Definitely 5 stars!!!!

I recently dropped off two e-bikes at Rufa in Dormagen for servicing and I'm absolutely thrilled with the service! The team was incredibly friendly and competent. Even when I dropped them off, they explained all the necessary work clearly and answered all my questions thoroughly. The servicing was carried out quickly yet meticulously. Both e-bikes are now running perfectly again and feel safe and smooth. The prices are fair and the value for money is excellent. Rufa in Dormagen is the perfect partner for me when it comes to e-bike maintenance and care. I can wholeheartedly recommend their service and will definitely bring my bikes here for servicing again!

I was browsing for a new e-bike at the Cube Store in Dormagen. Mr. Thünemann advised me there. He listened to my needs and helped me competently and effectively in choosing my new e-bike. All the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend the store.
