After Mr. Böhmer completely overhauled my five-year-old KOGA e-bike yesterday, my approximately 35 km ride home was pure pleasure. The bike rode as smoothly as new, it was truly enjoyable, everything was perfect. Mr. Böhmer deserves 11 out of 10 stars from me. Thanks again.

Mr. Böhmer and his shop are simply amazing! He's a true expert in his field. He gave us super detailed advice. He took a lot of time and has extremely good and extensive expertise, including in all areas related to accessories, ergonomics, etc. The selection is much larger than you'd think from the outside. Prices are also very good. All products are of the highest quality! We all know how important it is to buy quality, because if you buy cheap, you buy twice. I hope Mr. Böhmer and his shop will stay with us for many years to come, and hopefully, he will also provide us with some new talent. Such great shops are unfortunately far too rare! Mr. Böhmer, we are very grateful for the advice and the two fantastic bikes and wish you God's blessings always!

We bought our two Isy bikes from Fahrrad Böhmer. After a year, we unfortunately got a flat tire. We spontaneously stopped by the shop and they helped us right away. The bikes received a service with updates, and the flat tire was repaired. The best part is that we dropped them off Thursday evening and received a call on Saturday to pick them up. That's simply outstanding. The people of Lembeck can be proud to have such a place in town. Many chain stores could learn a thing or two from them. Service is a top priority at Böhmer. Many thanks for that.

We came to 2-Rad Böhmer on a recommendation. We wanted to learn more about e-bikes, and we weren't disappointed. Mr. Böhmer gave us detailed advice, and we ultimately decided to buy our first e-bikes there. When we picked up the bikes, Mr. Böhmer took plenty of time to explain everything to us in detail, including the correct saddle height, the display, etc. We're absolutely thrilled, not only with our fantastic bikes, but also with 2-Rad Böhmer.

I bought my last bicycle from Böhmer 19 years ago and was very satisfied with everything. So, I recently consulted with Mr. Böhmer extensively about an e-bike and ultimately bought it there. For the past few days, I've been the happy owner of a fantastic bike with accessories. I was very lucky that the bike was immediately available, which unfortunately isn't always the case these days. If there were 20 points, I'd give this shop 20. They take their time for the customer, listen to their needs, and don't try to sell you anything you don't want. That's how customer service should be! Excellent.

Mr. Böhmer has once again fully confirmed my previous opinion regarding customer service. When I requested a timely repair appointment despite a full workload, he offered me a Sunday appointment. For the last repair, he repaired my bike late in the evening because I was dependent on it. Mr. Böhmer also provides prompt responses to all technical problems, thus demonstrating his tremendous expertise. I can recommend this bicycle dealer with a clear conscience!

Customer service and expertise are still top priorities here! After another Koga dealer offered me a motor replacement as the only solution for €600, I contacted Mr. Böhmer for a second opinion. The bike, delivered on Saturday, was reported as ready on Monday. Mr. Böhmer refused payment, as he considered it a customer service issue. The motor didn't need replacing, as it was simply a software problem. Thank you, Mr. Böhmer!

Compared to large stores, the service here is highly personalized and expert. Mr. Böhmer places great emphasis on quality and takes his time with each customer, even if this means waiting for other customers. Extensive test rides are available, allowing you to make a well-informed purchase decision in a relaxed atmosphere. An excellent place to buy a bicycle!
