Sad. I urgently needed help because of a faulty brake. They turned me away. Very disappointing. They could help, but they didn't.

We would have liked to help. After all, according to your own statement, you had already worn the brakes down properly. Unfortunately, you insisted on having the parts you ordered online installed. However, we don't install these, as we've had very bad experiences with that and would then be liable, even though we didn't order the parts. It's assumed that, as a specialist company, we only install supplied parts if we are absolutely certain that they fit and are approved. The customer's statement, "I checked everything," doesn't count in court. Furthermore, checking everything takes time and effort, and it can happen that you only discover the part was incorrect during removal and installation. Then, a car might even block our lift. What's the point of all this? So the customer can save a few euros! As already explained, you're welcome to take the flour from Gladen to the baker and ask how much you'll save on your bread roll since you brought the flour yourself. I'm curious to see how the baker, carpenter, plumber, etc., will react. But it's easy to write a negative review. I find such behavior outrageous. We still wish you a pleasant day!

Awesome team!!! After 140 km, one of the brakes on our cargo bike failed, and the second one started rubbing and would have disintegrated soon. With two kids on board and still 100 km to go home, it was a no-brainer for these guys. They quickly set up a table, put the bike on it, and my wife, a bike mechanic, was able to get the brake caliper working again with minimal effort. Unfortunately, we didn't have the right tools. The repair was even free. Now that's what I call service!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Great service! I've been to Lehmbrock twice now for minor repairs on my e-mountain bike. Even though I didn't buy it there, I was helped immediately both times without an appointment! Unfortunately, that's no longer a given at many other repair shops these days. Simply excellent and highly recommended!
