I received the kayak yesterday evening, faster than expected, even though the entire package was delivered to Italy. The consultation I received beforehand over the phone was very helpful in making my decision – it was very professional and well-adapted to my requirements. I bought the complete package, including paddles and a transport backpack/trolley. Now I'm excited to see how my new AirTrek-pro 440 will perform on the water. 😀 By the way: it looks much better in reality than in the online pictures 😉 So far, I can highly recommend this online retailer!

Excellent service. We bought a Tomahawk Air-K-440 a year ago and are very happy with the advice and the boat. Unfortunately, the rear fin broke last weekend in shallow river water. DSKayak is sending us a replacement fin free of charge, immediately and without any hassle. Top-notch service.

Unfortunately, our old DS Kayak was beyond repair after it broke down. Since it accompanied us on almost every summer vacation and we always had so much fun with it, I first looked for a new one at DS Kayak and found exactly what I was looking for. I received excellent advice, my order was processed quickly, and the service was fantastic when I ordered a roller bag for the new kayak. Definitely recommended!

I'm a long-time paddler who, due to health reasons and limited space, had to switch to an inflatable kayak. After extensive market research and very expert advice over the phone, I opted for the Air Trek Pro 400 and am very pleasantly surprised by its excellent tracking, maneuverability, and speed. Two thumbs up!

I've had an Air-Trek 485 from Airkajak for a few years now, which, with decent pedals, is actually great for paddling on still water. It's very limited in its use on fast-flowing rivers or longer tours with luggage because it immediately takes on water. A reasonably good spray skirt or D-rings over the cockpit rim would improve things considerably. My biggest problem, however, is that it constantly leaks in new, always inaccessible spots along the longitudinal seams of the side chambers. More time spent repairing than paddling. The only superficial advice I got over the phone was to get Stormsure adhesive and smear it in. If only I could reach the affected area! Either it's located directly at the bottom, right at the transition to the floor chamber, and therefore under the seam tape, which you have to cut open. Or, as is currently the case, the front spray skirt would have to be cut out because it's glued on close to the leaking seam. Over the phone, they referred me to two boat repair shops because this online retailer doesn't offer any after-sales service at all. Conclusion: A useless product due to quality defects despite the premium price, and no help is offered. They refuse to acknowledge a systemic problem. The boat was a complete waste of money; after less than 30 hours of paddling, it's going in the trash and will be replaced with something decent.

I bought a Tomahawk Air-C kayak online from them. Very friendly service. When there were problems with DHL, they immediately sent out a second kayak. That's perfect service!

Google lists the company as a sporting goods store. It's supposed to be open. However, there's only a warehouse on site. No staff, no advice. A shame. 2 hours of driving around for nothing.
