I'm really very satisfied! The employee was incredibly friendly and helped me immediately with my light problem. They tested it right away and explained exactly what the issue was. The service was fast, competent, and straightforward.

A small part on my bike was broken. Initially, I was told it would probably take a while to repair. To my surprise, the repair was done immediately. My questions were also answered politely. THANK YOU

Excellent service, an unconventional solution found: the right kickstand for my bike wasn't in stock, so I got one that was bolted onto a bike for sale. At the same time, I was able to inflate the tires on my trailer at the self-service station. The visit to Radsport Bomm made the rest of my bike tour completely stress-free! Thank you!

We brought two company bikes in for inspection, which originally came from another dealer – but that wasn't a problem at all. The service was incredibly friendly and professional, and both bikes were ready the very next day. We're very satisfied and will gladly come back!

We needed a bicycle basket for our e-bike's rear rack. At a larger bike shop, we were told that due to the way the battery and rack were mounted, combined with the distance to the saddle, a basket couldn't be attached. Then we stopped by Bomm's, even though we didn't have much hope. A super nice, very friendly man looked at the bike, checked out the baskets, disappeared into his workshop, and tinkered with something. He came back to us with a basket and the appropriate mounting hardware. Excellent service with a real passion for their work!

We were out riding our e-bikes and got a flat tire. The service and the friendly, competent help were amazing; the bike was repaired within 30 minutes and we were able to continue our tour. Thank you so much!!

We're from Ahaus and were cycling to Xanten. Unfortunately, someone in our group had problems with their bike chain and derailleur. We were so pleasantly surprised by how quickly and easily they helped us. Best shop ever. Absolutely knowledgeable and super friendly. Thank you 😘

Our goal: Activating the light port on two Bosch motors. The initial contact by phone was friendly and service-oriented. You don't always get that these days. On-site, our first impression was more than confirmed. It took less than ten minutes, and everything was done for a small fee. Thank you!

The repair was quick, even though the agreed-upon inspection wasn't carried out. There's a noticeable difference in service if you're a newcomer trying to drop off your bike. Priority is given to bikes purchased in the store. They don't seem particularly interested in the customer, sales, or advice, especially when it comes to Woom children's bikes. The initial impression was friendly and professional. Another employee, however, was rather arrogant. Typical for bike shops. A shame. I can just buy online. That's the future anyway.

Selling, yes, not buying there. Bikes are serviced, well, okay. I asked about a Bosch update and was referred to an appointment. In the end, the software version was two-thirds the same as before, and I couldn't find out what, why, or how (or why not) it had been changed. In any case, I'm a customer and don't want to be treated worse if I had to buy my bike in another city four years ago because I lived there.
